A one-year limited warranty for repairs, applies to the following products: Yapper Stoppers, 150NCP, StB, 175NCP, Remote Release/Launcher Conversion, Remote Release Systems and Remote Launcher systems.

A two-year limited warranty for repairs, applies to the following products: 200NCP, 1100NC, 1200 Series, 1800 Series, 2000 Series and 2000T&B. Batteries or the labor to replace them are not covered under warranty after the first year. (The two-year warranty for the products mentioned above applies only to purchases made after January 1, 2003. All products purchased before 2003 carry a one-year warranty.)

Dogtra DOES NOT replace defective units or refund after 30 days of purchase.

Dogtra’s warranty DOES NOT cover repairs or replacement due to misuse, improper maintenance or lost units. All replacement cost for either the transmitter or receiver is the owner’s responsibility.

Return shipping for warranty work is the owner’s responsibility. Costs for shipping (via regular ground service) back to the customer is covered by Dogtra Co. within the continental United States. Any expedited shipping service will be at the owner’s expense.
